With its headquarters in Devon and the growing need for a skilled workforce, HepcoMotion has built on its traditional relationship with Exeter College to provide a unique and highly successful workforce development programme. The two leading brands have significant reach – applications to join the programme far outweigh the opportunities on offer. The partnership spans schools engagement, it’s own T Level academy and an expansive Apprenticeship programme – the T Level programme was the first of its type in the country.
The partnership was designed to ensure the pipeline of future staff is rich and identifiable at the earliest opportunity. The programme draws from all sectors of the community and diversity of applications is rich.
HepcoMotion’s multifaceted approach creates excitement and brand awareness right from the very start of a learner’s journey. The Apprenticeship programme currently has 15 engaged with success rates well above national averages. The T Level programme supports 24 learners and progression onto an Apprenticeship, further study and employment.
