NCFE Bursary
This bursary covers the PARS application fee for eligible completed apprentices
NCFE has generously provided an initial £5,000 bursary pot to support Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices who are currently underserved with their next steps.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this bursary, you must meet the following criteria:
- You have completed a Level 2 or Level 3 (Eng/NI/Wales) or Level 5 or Level 6 (Scot) apprenticeship on or after 1 January 2019
- You have received your certificate of apprenticeship completion – you cannot apply for PARS without this (see the FAQs for examples of the relevant certificates)
- ONE of the following describes you:
- You work for a small business with under 250 employees, OR
- You work for a larger business with 250+ employees and earn minimum wage, OR
- You are currently in full-time education, OR
- You are currently unemployed
Next Steps
If you are successful, you will receive a voucher code which will give you a 100% discount on the application fee. You must complete your application and use this voucher code within 3 days of receipt. The code will expire and you may not be able to re-apply for this bursary.
Please remember before you apply for PARS you must:
- Have your official apprenticeship completion certificate
- Have the support of a referee – this can be your employer, training provider or an industry-linked sponsor
